Refund and Returns Policy

Toque Hotel strives to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period, overpayments, or billing errors.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Certain promotional rates, non-refundable bookings, and deposits for special events may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days. For MPESA payments, refunds will be credited directly to the mobile number used.
  • Disputed Charges: For any disputes regarding charges, please contact our front office within 14 days of check-out for resolution.
